We only collect what you give us (like your name and email when you contact us or take the assessment) plus basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics. We use it to reply to you and deliver what you asked for. We don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it anytime at taylor@frontlineaipartners.com.

Frontline AI Partners("we," "us") operates this website and provides AI strategy, implementation, training, and readiness assessment services. For any privacy question, email taylor@frontlineaipartners.com.

• Information you provide. When you submit the contact form or the AI Readiness Assessment, we collect your name, email, company, phone (if you provide it), your message, and — for the assessment — your answers and resulting scores.
• Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics, which collects aggregated, privacy-friendly metrics (like page views and referrers) without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
• To generate and show your AI readiness report.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We rely on your request and our legitimate interest in running our business as the basis for this processing. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it.

Your assessment report may include a written summary generated by a third-party AI provider (OpenAI). To create it, we send your scores and the business context you provided. This data is processed to produce your summary and is not used to train their models.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, under their respective terms:

• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Neon — database storage.
• OpenAI — AI-generated report summaries.
• Stripe — payment processing, only if you purchase something.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion sooner at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you — just email taylor@frontlineaipartners.comand we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
